San Martino Dairy

The pecorino cheeses of the San Martino dairy are born from the transformation of sheep, goat and bovine milk, from the meeting of dairy art with geothermal, clean and renewable energy. Environment and tradition safeguarded in a product, expression of that unique territory which is the Val di Cornia, in the Maremma Tuscany.
